Is it required to make an appointment?

It is preferred that you make an appointment if you are wanting a specific time or therapist. We do accept walk-ins, only if time spots are available. Demand for appointments can be expected to be high on weekends and throughout holidays. Walk-ins are recommended before 11am for best chances of availability.

Shaving is recommended but not necessary for men prior to a facial. If you do choose to shave prior to your facial, be sure to do so at least 8 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Shaving is not recommended prior to any body treatments or hair removal services. However, if you are unsure you can contact the reception and ask for further details on preparation for specific treatments.

There are multiple ways to check what treatment will work the best for you. You can take a look at our treatments available online, fill in the contact form on our contact us page or give us a call. Our receptionist will advise you on the most suitable treatment for your coniditions or requirements.

It is important that you disclose any health or mental conditions on your pre-massage treatment sheet. With health being such a priority with COVID-19 honesty between therapist and client will result in the best treatment and to avoid any health complications. Be sure to allow time to fill it out before your appointment time.
